Is she or isn’t she?
Despite reports back in August claiming that Brenda Song and fiancé Trace Cyrus (Miley‘s bro!) were expecting their first child together, Song was out and about in L.A. last night showing no signs of a bun in the oven.
In fact…
The 23-year-old actress showed up to MetroPCS’ launch of the new Huewei M835 phone in a fitted black dress with no baby bump in sight.
Song stayed tight-lipped when we asked about her engagement, only saying, “I don’t really like to talk about my personal life, but thank you.”
Inside the bash, a bubbly and cheerful Song hung out and chatted with friends in a VIP area. Although Cyrus was not by her side, Song was wearing her sparkling engagement ring.
While neither Song nor Cyrus have ever confirmed or denied the baby rumors, the Disney star’s mother, Mai Song, told Star magazine in September that her daughter was in fact not pregnant.
Sounds like Miley Cyrus may not becoming an aunt so soon after all.

What better place to chill with your kids than an ice rink?!
That’s exactly what Angelina Jolie did on Sunday in Budapest, Hungary, when she took some of her kids to a local ice rink for a day of fun.
The Salt actress took Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh for an ice skating session.
While Zahara and Maddox hung out with their mother, Shiloh and Pax donned helmets and laced up their skates to hit the ice.
Looks like it was just the thing for some family fun.
Mourning the end of the Harry Potter series was bad enough.
But here’s something that would have made the conclusion absolutely devastating.
That is, if author J.K. Rowling had stuck with an awful thought she had regarding one of her lead characters.
While chatting with the film franchise’s star Daniel Radcliffe in a special feature on the upcoming Blu-ray/DVD release (Nov. 11) of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, Rowling reveals that Ron Weasley came very close to facing the chopping block, reports The Guardian.
“Funnily enough, I planned from the start that none of them would die,” says the author. “Then midway through, which I think is a reflection of the fact that I wasn’t in a very happy place, I started thinking I might polish one of them off. Out of sheer spite. ‘There, now you definitely can’t have him any more.’ “
But, of course, Rowling eventually opted to keep Ron around (though his brother Fred wasn’t so lucky).
“I think in my absolute heart of heart of hearts, although I did seriously consider killing Ron, [I wouldn't have],” she admits, adding: “It’s a relief to be able to talk about it all.”
Just like it’s a relief for us that she didn’t go through with it. Phew.

Amurri, 26, and retired soccer player Kyle Martino, 30, became husband and wife today in Charleston, S.C., reports People magazine. (Martino’s parents live in the historic city.)
The bride wore a dress by Lela Rose with the groom in a Brioni tux. Sister Helen Prejean (Sarandon played her in Dead Man Walking) officiated. The black-tie reception included toasts with Perrier-Jouët champagne.
Tim Robbins, who helped raise Amurri during his relationship with her mom, cohosted the affair with Sarandon.
Amurri, who will next be seen opposite her mother in I Hate You, Dad, and Martino announced their engagement in December via Twitter.
“I asked, and @EAmurri said yes,” posted Martino, now a soccer commentator.
Amurri was in Vegas on Sept. 23 for her bachelorette party at Lavo in the Palazzo. She blogged about the festivities for Maxim magazine.
“What’s a Bachelorette Bash without a penis headband and a dance party?” she wrote for a photo showing her wearing adult-themed headgear.
She also wrote, “I also got tons of gorgeous lingerie…lucky Kyle 
Can’t wait to get married.”
The wait is over. Have fun, you two!
It’s safe to say this was not the wedding gift Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries wanted.
According to reports, the New Jersey Nets baller believes that one of the couple’s wedding guests, Andrey C. Hicks, scammed him out of hundreds of thousands of dollars with a fraudulent investment scheme.
So, what went down?

Hicks, a Boston-area money manager, allegedly solicited individuals (like Humphries) to invest $1.7 million collectively in a purported billion-dollar hedge fund called Locust Offshore Fund Ltd., and made several false representations of himself and his business in the process, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The wedding guest turned alleged scammer told investors he had obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees from Harvard University, that he previously worked for Barclays Capital and that the hedge fund held more than $1.2 billion—all of which were untrue.
But the falsehoods didn’t stop there.

Although Hicks had only attended Harvard for three semesters, (he was required to withdraw for failing to perform academically twice) according to the SEC’s complaint, Hicks and his firm told investors that the firm’s quantitative strategies were based on mathematical models that Hicks learned while at Harvard.
Did we mention he only took one math course while attending the university?
“Hicks lied to investors about virtually every aspect of his fictitious hedge fund,” David P. Bergers, Director of the SEC’s Boston Regional Office said. “This brazen web of lies to investors constituted an outright fraud.”
As for Humphries, the NBA star’s rep tells E!, “Kris Humphries is a victim of an investment fraud. He is working with law enforcement authorities and will not have any further comment until the matter is resolved.”

No word just yet on how much Humphries invested in the fund, but a temporary restraining order has been issued against Hicks and his firm, freezing their assets as well as those of the hedge fund.
